1. All Templates on this site are free. I do require that you host the template choose on your own hosting space (OFFSITE PAGES ONLY ie. OLD REDIRECTED PAGES) I do not require you to host the images or backgrounds that are on my templates on your own site and you may hotlink these and any external files and images on my templates AS LONG AS MY TEMPLATES ARE LEFT INTACT. Please choose a decent free web host. Sites such as freewebs do not allow forms on their free hosting, therefore making the jump boxes and report boxes inoperable, and is full of ads and such sites such as Geocities, some free website ads contain spyware so choose wisely.
2. To access Free Template area You must register on my site. You MUST have at least 20 ACTIVE members listed on your standings page and an ACTIVE admin on your league. I will check this when verifying your registration, if you do not meet these 2 requirements your account will not be activated and it will be deleted . It takes a lot of time and effort to create these templates, newly created leagues need to concentrate on building members before they worry about a "nice looking " league page. This is not what draws members to your league as many people tend to think.
3. Removing Credits, link backs or altering them in any way from my templates is strictly prohibited. If it is found that you have removed the credits from one of my templates. A ban will be placed on your member account till the credits are returned. The template designs (backgrounds and images) are not to be altered in anyway. I offer these templates for free Give credit where it is due ( there is a spot to add your name under the edited by:). Removing credits is not only poor taste but it is also illegal. If it is found that you have removed my credits from the page I will contact you regarding placing my copyrights back on my templates. If I do not receive a reply within 48 hours to my email You will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from my site, and your league will be added to the LDHS (League Designers Hall of Shame) to make other sites aware that of this. I will take all measures possible to have my page removed from your site, this is considered copyright infringement and bandwidth theft.
4. DO NOT SHARE my templates with other leagues or offer to do other leagues pages using my Templates. You may ONLY use my templates on the league specified when registering for my site. If you are found offering my templates to other sites or offering to make pages for other leagues using my templates your ID will be banned from all members areas.
5. MY IMAGES AND BACKGROUNDS ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN FROM MY TEMPLATES AND USED IN ANY OTHER SHAPE OR FORM ON ANY LEAGUE PAGES, TOURNEY PAGES, OR OTHER WEBSITES WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING WRITTEN CONSENT FROM ME..IF I FIND THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN MY IMAGES AND SAVED THEM ON YOUR OWN HOSTING ie. photobucket etc. I WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL AND IF THE IMAGES ARE NOT REMOVED WITHIN 24HOURS I WILL CONTACT YOUR HOST AND FILE A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIM AND HAVE MY IMAGES REMOVED. IF I HAVE TO RESORT TO THIS I WILL NO LONGER HONOUR ANY REQUESTS FOR FREE TEMPLATES FOR YOUR LEAGUE. AND ANY REQUESTS FROM SAID LEAGUE WILL BE DENIED.
5. All templates from expression4u.com remain the property of this site. This means that if your league is deleted or you leave your league you give up your rights to use this template.
Custom pages - once a custom page order is completed, the page then becomes property of the league, if you should happen to leave the league the page CAN NOT be used on another league. You would have to purchase a new page. Once you leave that league you give up the rights to use the custom page.
6. Expression4u.com is not responsible for any problems or damages to your computer, league or website after you have downloaded them. I Do take all measures possible and maintain a virus and spyware free computer and will not intentionally jeopardize another persons system knowingly. I am not responsible for content on the page which others may find inappropriate (resulting in possible infractions from cases/ Myleague) although I do try my best to create pages that are within Myleague's guidelines for acceptable images and content on a page.
7 Expression4u.com reserves the right to refuse any Member registration for any reason.
8. If you use any content from my site you agree to these terms and conditions and you will held legally accountable whether you have read all the terms of use or not.

hello,i received a template from youse awhile back,,someone has been stealing images,,www.myleague.com/georgiarebels . should i just replace images from original template HTML?
Leah are u any beter yet havnt seen now heard from u it has been over 3mos now, sorry u not feeling well but we dont need the page anymore. just a refund. wish you would have at least got ahld of me instead of it through here. Well get better and cu asap
I have spoken to leah today she is still not well she has had an intestional bug which has hit her bug for weeks now and hasnt been eating and has lost around 30lbs in weight. Hopefully she is on the mend now
